DANVILLE, Ky. (CentreColonels.com) – The Centre men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 match to NAIA foe Cumberlands on Sunday afternoon. The Colonels fall to 1-4 with the loss, while the Patriots boost their record to 5-3 on the season.

After dropping the first set by a score of 6-4, freshman Ben Hadlock (Okemos, Mich.) posted a 7-6 victory in the second set to even the matchup, before being bested by his opponent Dev Sivam in the third set.

The Colonels are back in action next Saturday, March 12 in the Berea (Ky.) Invitational, taking on Otterbein at 9 a.m. before battling Hanover at 4 p.m.
