Centre Caps 2016 Campaign with Matchup Versus Oglethorpe

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (CentreColonels.com) – The Centre men's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to No. 2 seed Oglethorpe in the opening round of the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Tournament on Friday at Old Fort Park. The Colonels cap the 2016 season with a 5-13 ledger, while the Stormy Petrels improve to 14-5 and advance to the SAA Semifinals tomorrow.

Freshman Ben Hadlock (Okemos, Mich.) earned the lone win of the day for Centre, collecting a three-set win at the No. 3 singles slot for the Colonels. For his performance, Hadlock was named to the 2016 SAA All-Tournament Team.
