Senior goalkeeper Patty Cowley (Louisville, Ky.) made eight saves in the loss while Jordan Robinson of Rhodes had six saves. Rhodes took 19 shots to Centre's 13 and held a 17-7 edge in penalty corners.
Centre falls to 10-6 overall and second place in the SCAC with a 3-2 record while Rhodes improves to 11-5 overall and 4-1 in the conference. The SCAC closes out regular season play Sunday when Centre travels to Hendrix and Rhodes hosts Sewanee.
