Game Day Guide

GAME ADMISSION

Football tickets are available for purchase here.

  • Single-game tickets are general admission and $11 each. Season tickets are also available.
  • For ticket information, please contact Austin Sparks, Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations, via email at austin.sparks@centre.edu.

ALCOHOL

No alcohol is permitted at Alumni Gym, Sutcliffe Hall, Andy Frye Stadium, Gary Wright Field, Amend Field, South Turf, Softball Field or Champions Hall.

At no time may any alcoholic beverage enter the designated sport's athletic facility, or its reasonable proximity; tailgating is only permitted at Centre College athletics events. 
  • Bring your own food and beverages;
    • No mass quantities of beer, wine or liquor allowed (kegs, communal sources, etc.)
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted outside of the designated tailgating area; underage drinking (even with parental consent), public intoxication, disorderly conduct, or other unlawful or reckless conduct are prohibited and will result in removal, and potentially banned from future Centre College Athletics events;

TAILGATING

Tailgating is permitted only in designated areas and is open to Colonel fans of all ages. These guidelines are designed to ensure that all of our guests have a safe, enjoyable environment at the game. Centre's Department of Public Safety officers, as well as outside professionals, will monitor and provide assistance with the tailgate policy and reserve the right to check IDs. Centre College reserves the right to remove any equipment, deny access, and/or remove participants at any time for any reason. The designated tailgating parking lots are listed below and are mapped here:
  • Tailgating will take place on game days only
  • Tailgate areas will open four hours prior to the scheduled game time, and must be cleaned up at a reasonable time after the contest
  • Champions Hall Lot (Event Parking 1) – Centre Tailgate
  • Norton Centre Lot – open for tailgating and parking (unless the Norton Centre has a show)
  • Beatty Ave. Lot behind South Turf (Event Parking 5) – backup location for taligating if Norton Centre lot is closed

HOSPITALITY

Suite Rentals in Andy Frye Stadium and Champions Hall are available by request. Contact Tori Carlson, Assistant Athletic Director for Development, at tori.carlson@centre.edu.

CONCESSIONS 

Concessions are located underneath the center section of the home bleachers. 


GENERAL PARKING

Free parking is available in the following locations and shown on a map here

  • The Champions Hall Lot (Event Parking 1 / Centre Family Tailgating)
  • Back Amend Field Lot on Russell St. (Event Parking 2)
  • South Turf front (Event Parking 3) and back (Event Parking 4) Lots  
  • Beatty Ave. Lot (Event Parking 5)
  • Free Downtown Danville parking garage on Main St.

OUTSIDE FOOD / DRINK

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the stadium. Only clear, empty water bottles to be filled inside the complex are allowed in the stadium. No alcohol is permitted inside the stadium. 


PRESS BOX ACCESS

Only credentialed guests, media members, and event employees are allowed access to the Andy Frye Stadium press box. For members of the media looking to request a credential, contact Jason Grefer, Associate Athletic Director for Communications and External Relations, via email at jason.grefer@centre.edu.


RESTROOMS

Restrooms are available beneath the home bleachers on both the far left and right sides. Restrooms are also available inside Champions Hall behind the home bleachers. 


SEATING

All seating is general admission. The press box side of the stadium is for home fans and also has a designated Centre student section. The side of the stadium parallel to College Street is the designated visitor’s section.
