Centre senior Angela Tronzo (Bardstown, Ky.) has been named to the 2010-2011 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Basketball All-Sportsmanship Team.

Each head coach was asked to elect one member from his or her team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season. Twelve women's basketball student-athletes were selected to the 2010-11 squad.

"Angela has been a great leader this year. She is one of the best defenders in the league. She has worked extremely hard on her game. We are excited she is being honored with this award," stated Centre head coach Wendie Austin-Robinson.

Tronzo helped the Colonels to a 17-9 season and to a 11-5 record in the SCAC.

She helped lead Centre to a fourth place ranking in the nation for Division III schools in free-throw percentage (77.4), while she finished the season ranked 10th in the conference in steals with 43 in 26 games played. Tronzo ended the season averaging 6.2 points per game, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.
