Centre junior Maggie Prewitt (Mt. Sterling, Ky.) continues to be recognized for her efforts on the court, as she was recently named to the 2011 D3hoops.com Women's All-American Third Team.

Prewitt has also been selected to the 2011 National Collegiate Athletic Association Division III State Farm Coaches' All-American Team as an Honorable Mention selection. She was chosen to the 2010-11 All-SCAC First Team and to the 2010-11 D3hoops.com All-South Region First Team, as well.  Prewitt was picked as the SCAC Player-of-the-Year on top of her other awards.

During the season Prewitt collected her 1,000 career point and finished the season with 1,277 career points, which constitutes the second-highest total by any Centre player in the SCAC era-behind former teammate Chelsea Goodman, who had 1,365 points.

Prewitt ended the season ranked 12th in the nation for Division III players in three-point field-goal percentage (43.1) and 27th in points per game (18.9). She also completed her junior season leading the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference in assists with 106 (4.21 per game). Prewitt is also second in scoring with 492 points (average of 18.9 points per game) and three point field goal percentage (43.1%), third in assist/turnover ratio (1.2), tied for fourth in three point field goals made (2.3), and fifth in free throw percentage (80.9%).

Centre ended the season 17-9 and 11-5 in the SCAC.
