After winning two straight matches on its spring break trip, the Centre women's tennis team suffered a loss in its first home match, falling 5-0 to Berry College on Friday in Danville, Ky.
The closest the Colonels came to a win was in the the No. 3 doubles match where Abby Tudor (Richmond, Ky.) and Kimberly Randall (Johns Creek, Ga.) pushed Berry's Heidi Seabaugh and Lib Lockett before falling 9-8.
Centre falls to 2-6 on the season and will host Oglethorpe on Saturday.
