The Centre College baseball team dropped a 4-0 decision to Berry College Friday, April 18 in Danville, Ky.

The Vikings scored an unearned run in the second, a pair of runs in the seventh and another unearned run in the eighth for all of the scoring. 

The Colonels managed only three hits in the contest as sophomore Jake Johnson (Louisville, Ky.) and freshman Trevor Brewer (Bowling Green, Ky.) had a single each, and sophomore Forrest Goodwin (Mt. Juliet, Tenn.) had a triple in four at-bats.

Sophomore Rob Cuadill (Danville, Ky.) threw well again, but received little offensive support again. Caudill threw seven innings and allowed three runs - two earned - on only six hits. He walked one and struck out nine.

The two teams will return Saturday, April 19 for a doubleheader. First pitch of game one is set for 2 p.m. at Gary Wright Field in Danville.
