Box Score GREENCASTLE, Ind. – Centre men's tennis dropped an 8-1 decision Saturday on the indoor courts against DePauw.
The Colonels fall to 0-3 on the young season, while the host Tigers earn their first win with a 1-5 overall record.
HIGHLIGHTS
- DePauw took hold of the match after winning all three doubles matches.
- Centre's closest margin came at No. 2 doubles, where
Josh Joiner and
Matthew Bulow fell 8-5 to Wyatt Metzger and Billy Louiselle.
- Singles was highlighted by
Max Middleton's three-set effort against Bryce McClanahan. The Centre junior overcame being blanked in the opening set to win, 0-6, 6-3, 10-4.
