Box Score BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Centre women's tennis continued its winning streak Saturday, dropping Birmingham-Southern by a 9-0 margin after a rain delay in Alabama for its fifth victory in a row.
The Colonels improve to 7-6 overall and 5-1 in the SAA, dropping the host Panthers to 9-6 overall and 3-2 in-conference. Centre entered the match ranked ninth in the South Atlantic Region, with BSC checking in at No. 15.
HIGHLIGHTS

Neha Rao and
Hannah Doherty, who remain ranked ninth in the South Atlantic Region, won by a clean 8-0 score at No. 1 over Isabella Wisener and Alyssa Yager for the second time in as many matches.

Abigail Kent and
Caroline Stallings won by an 8-2 score at No. 2, the pair's third straight victory together, against Emily Enoch and Ansley Turley.

Emily Zelichenok and
Katharine Sherman also won by an 8-2 margin at No. 3 over Lexie Dillard and Ashton Henderson, good for their fourth victory in a row.
- Centre claimed five of six singles matches in straight sets, including Rao's 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 2 against Yager.
- Kent took No. 3, 6-4, 6-0 from Turley, and Stallings followed at No. 4 against Enoch, 6-1, 6-4, for her fifth straight triumph.
- Doherty went 6-3, 6-2 at No. 5 over Henderson, and Zelichenok 6-2, 6-3 at No. 6 against Dillard.
- The lone three-setter was at No. 1, where Sherman rallied to win, 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (7) over BSC's Wisener.
