In the sprints, All-American Chloe Hein took first place in the 60m with a time of 7.80, followed closely by Amari Robinson in third place. Moving onto the jumping events, Hein continued her strong performance with an appearance in the high jump, where she finished third after clearing 4-9 (1.45m). Later in the night she competed in the long jump and made more program history as she broke the program record she set back in December with a mark of 20-0.5 (6.11m).

In throws, Shelbi Valentine led the way for Centre in the shot put with a mark of 38-3.25 (11.66m), beginning a run of six straight Centre throwers to get on the scoreboard, giving the Colonels 21 points for the event. In the weight throw it was Lindsey Browning and Zoey Shahid-Scott who had the top mark for the Colonels, tying for second overall with a mark of 44-7 (13.59m)

The final event of the night was the women's 4x400m relay and the Masden twins teamed with Campbell and Lundergan to pick up the win in 4:16.69.
