Appeared in 34 of 40 games as a sophomore utility player, with 27 starts...Hit .286 with a slugging percentage of .505 and an OBP of .422...Finished with 26 hits, 6 doubles, 1 triple and 4 homers for 27 RBIs...Career high 4 RBIs on three separate occasions...Also made 14 pitching appearances with three starts...Finished with 30 strikeouts versus seven walks...Posted a 4.08 ERA and a 2-1 record as a pitcher.

Among team leaders as a freshman in appearances (17) and innings pitched (43.1) ... Made seven starts ... Struck out 34 batters against 20 walks ...
