Jason Grefer joined the Centre Athletics Communications staff in August 2025.
He serves as the main contact for Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Tennis, Softball, Swimming & Diving, Cheerleading, and Esports. Jason is also responsible for website maintenance of CentreColonels.com, including updating rosters, schedules, bios and individual and program records.
He came to Centre after serving as Sports Information Director at Georgetown (KY) College for the previous 3 years. While there, he oversaw all sports information operations and communications for 21 sports along with a website redesign in 2022. From 2011-2022, Jason was the play-by-play voice of Georgetown College Athletics, which included calling 2 NAIA national championship games.
Jason graduated in 2011 from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and resides in northern Kentucky with his wife, Kristen, and daughters, Delana and Clarice.
