BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Centre volleyball team began its final regular season action of the year at Illinois Wesleyan University as they played in a tournament against Nebraska Wesleyan and Illinois College. The Colonels lost both of their Friday matches in straight sets.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Nebraska Wesleyan broke open the first set with a 7-1 run and then scored the last six points to take a 25-13 win.
- NWU controlled each of the next two sets, winning both of them by scores of 25-12.
- Against Illinois College, the Colonels again fell behind early and could never recover, dropping the opening set by a score of 25-11.
- The slow starts continued in the second and third sets as Illinois College won each of them by a score of 25-15.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORES
- The Colonels had 44 kills across the two matches compared to 47 errors.

Keeley Morton led Centre with seven kills in each match.

Peyton Vacala finished with 29 digs across the two games, including a game high 16 digs against Illinois College.
