NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. – Centre women's tennis continued action at the ITA National Women's Team Indoor Championship Saturday morning, falling 9-0 to No. 8 Chicago at the Top Seed Tennis Club.
The Colonels slide to 2-6 overall, having faced four nationally ranked opponents in a row. The Maroons bounce back from a Friday defeat to improve to 7-1.

- Chicago controlled doubles action across the board, including at No. 1 where the nation's sixth-ranked pair, Claudia Ng and Perene Wang, won 8-1 over

Lainey Hill.

Katharine Sherman squared off against the Maroons' Lauren Park at No. 1 singles, winning two of the first three games. Park, who entered as the fourth-ranked singles player in Division III, rallied to win the match, 6-2, 6-1.

Ella Rueff also took three games off her opponent, falling 6-2, 6-1 against nationally-ranked Nicole Semenov at No. 4.
