DANVILLE, Ky. – Centre men's tennis ran its winning streak to four matches Sunday, topping Berry by a 7-2 score in non-conference action during a windy morning on the outdoor courts.
The Colonels close the weekend 6-6 overall and send the Vikings home with a 7-4 mark.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Centre claimed two of three doubles matches Sunday, including at No. 2 where
Arpit Rana and
Bo Bush defeated Diego Lopez and Drayton Matus, 8-3. The two are now 8-1 as a tandem this spring.

Danny Nelson and
Matthew Bulow won No. 3 doubles, 8-4, against Rory Glatt and Ben Knight.
- Rana capped a strong weekend with a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 2 singles against Knight.
Ashton Whitt won No. 3 singles, 6-4, 6-4 against Fant Smith, and both he and Rana moved their individual win streaks to four matches.
- Bush also took his No. 4 singles outing against Connor Murphy, 6-1, 6-3.
- Nelson and Bulow closed the lineup with wins at No. 5 and 6, respectively. Nelson dropped Kyle Lution, 6-3, 6-2, while Bulow handled Clay Jones, 6-1, 6-2.
