MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Centre men's tennis had its winning streak snapped Saturday, falling by a 6-3 score at Rhodes in the Southern Athletic Association regular season finale.
The Colonels drop to 6-7 overall and 4-2 in the SAA season, while the Lynx improve to 7-4 and 5-1 in-conference.

Ashton Whitt handled Gabe Williams and David Phillips, 8-2, in No. 3 doubles. The two improved to 4-1 as a tandem this spring.

Matthew Bulow and
Danny Nelson gutted out a narrow 8-7 (2) victory in No. 2 doubles against Andrew Morton and Ted Hall, moving to 3-2 as a duo.
- The Colonels led 2-1 after doubles play, but dropped five of six singles bouts to the Lynx.
- Bulow provided the lone singles point for Centre, defeating Ryan Crump by a 6-2, 6-1 decision at No. 6.
