MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Centre baseball team returned from their Florida spring break trip and dove right back into conference play with a series at Rhodes. The Lynx took both games of Saturday's doubleheader by scores of 7-3 and 6-4.

- The Colonels got one back in the top of the sixth after

Game 2: Rhodes 6, Centre 4

Carson Werrmann locked down the Lynx through the first three innings.
- The Lynx finally got to Werrmann in the fourth with a two-out rally that ended with a three-run double.
- After going hitless for the first five innings of the game, the Centre bats awoke in the sixth.

Cole Fergusson. Morgan walked to reload the bases and then
Will Cline battled back from an 0-2 count to work a bases loaded walk to tie the game.
- In the seventh, the Colonels took the lead for the first time as Pyburn led off with a base hit. After Gunter walked, Hope ripped a base hit to the opposite field to score Pyburn and put Centre up 4-3.
