DANVILLE, Ky. – On Tuesday afternoon, the Centre women's basketball program was highlighted with four honorees on the 2024 CSC Academic All-District Women's Basketball roster, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC).
Representing Centre women's basketball amongst the honorees are seniors
Emma Rose Vincent and
Natalie Duggins, as well as juniors
Katelyn Stiltner and
Anna Thomas. Each of the four Colonels excelled both on and off the court.
To be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically with a minimum 3.5 grade-point average. Nominees must also compete in 90 percent of the institution's contests or must start in at least 66 percent of the contests. Only a select group of student-athletes, chosen by CSC committees, advance from Academic All-District submission status to the Academic All-America ballot.
