DANVILLE, Ky. - The College Sports Communicators released its Academic All-District awards for the 2024-25 men's basketball season and Centre's
Hunter Coleman was named to this season's All-District squad.
Coleman was one of five Centre players to appear in all 27 games this season, racking up ten starts. The junior from Lebanon Junction, Ky. averaged 4.2 points per game and shot 42 percent from three-point range in 2024-25 and matched his career high with 14 points in Centre's 78-72 win against Sewanee on Jan. 22.
To be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically with a minimum 3.5 grade-point average. Nominees must also compete in 90 percent of the institution's contests or must start in at least 66 percent of the contests. Only a select group of student-athletes, chosen by CSC committees, advance from Academic All-District submission status to the Academic All-America ballot.Â
