DANVILLE, Ky. - The College Sports Communicators released its Academic All-District awards for the 2025-26 men's basketball season and Centre senior
Hunter Coleman was named to this season's All-District squad. It is the second straight year Coleman has been named to the Academic All-District squad.
Coleman appeared in 25 of Centre's 26 games this year with one start on Senior Day and set a new career high mark with 16 points on 6-8 shooting (4-5 from three-point range) in the Colonels' 94-65 victory over Millsaps on Jan. 9. A double major in Economics & Finance and Business, Coleman carried a 3.588 GPA at the end of the last full term.
To be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically with a minimum 3.5 grade-point average. Nominees must also compete in 90 percent of the institution's contests or must start in at least 66 percent of the contests. Only a select group of student-athletes, chosen by CSC committees, advance from Academic All-District submission status to the Academic All-America ballot.
