NEW YORK - Rising Centre senior and national champion Chloe Hein continued her noteworthy offseason as she competed in the 2026 USA Track & Field Outdoor Championships.

Competing in the women's long jump against a field consisting of collegiate athletes across all divisions as well as professionals, Hein posted a mark of 20-7 (6.27m) to take fifth place, which was good for second among collegiate participants in the field.

The only competitors to finish ahead of Hein in the event were the 2024 Olympic Gold Medalist, the 2025 World Champion and Runner-Up, and the 2026 NCAA Division I Champion, putting her in elite company.
