Chelsea Klein enters her fourth season with the Centre Field Hockey team and looks to help out both the offense and midfield for the Colonels.

High School: Klein played for Kentucky Country Day School in Louisville, Ky. During her time on the team, she was nominated for Kentucky Miss Field Hockey in 2009, made the 2009 Kentucky Select All-State Team, 2008 and 2009 Kentucky All-Star Teams and 2009 NFHCA High School National Academic Squad. She was captain of the 2009 Varsity team that won the District Championship. She played for International Field Hockey Club of Kentucky and participated in the 2008 and 2009 National Field Hockey Festival and 2010 National Indoor Tournament. She played USA Field Hockey Futures and won the U19 Gold Medal at 2009 Futures Regional Rumble. Chelsea was also a member of her high school lacrosse state championship team in 2010, and selected Kentucky First Team All-State.

Major/Minor: Chelsea majors in Biology with a minor in French.

Personal: Daughter of Richard and Beth Klein. Siblings: brother Casey Klein.
