Biography

Pronunciation: E-lie-zuh Hen-slee

Eliza Hensley is a dedicated multi-sport athlete who has competed in both field hockey and track and field. She is the daughter of Steve Hensley and Casy Wood and has an older brother, David Hensley.

Eliza has built an impressive athletic résumé, earning NEXUS Championship, State Finalist, and State Runner-Up honors. She has also served as a team captain and was part of an Apple Tournament Championship team. In track and field, she competed at both the indoor and outdoor NCC and RCC championships.

Eliza earned two varsity letters in field hockey and four varsity letters in track and field, demonstrating her dedication and versatility as an athlete. At the club level, she competed with Stealth/IFHCK Field Hockey, continuing to develop her skills and compete at a high level.
