Izzy Wilmes (pronounced Will-mess) is the daughter of Niki and Michael Wilmes. She has one sibling, Freya.

In high school, Izzy competed in field hockey and lacrosse. She was a varsity team captain and earned recognition as a Junior All-Star Game selection and 110% Award recipient.
