Made eight appearances as a freshman pitcher, throwing 14.2 innings ... Finished with 15 strikeouts to seven walks, recording a 1-1 record ... Threw 5.1 innings in an extended relief role in Centre's 12-8 win against No. 3 Washington & Jefferson (March 19). 

HIGH SCHOOL

Lettered four times in basketball and three times in baseball at Male High School in Louisville, Ky.
