Biography

At Berkeley Prep: Played Varsity Football 3 years, Varsity Lacrosse 3 years, wrestled for 2 years with 1 year on varsity, and played baseball for 7 years. He received school awards in football and lacrosse, and was a part of Junior National Honor Society and National Honor Society. He was a captain for the lacrosse team as well. Jake has 75+ community service hours, from wrapping Christmas presents for the poor to giving dictionaries to  schools. He is the second son of Larry and Suzanne Marfise, who went to DePauw and UNC Greensboro, respectively. He has a younger brother in HS.

 

He enjoys swimming, going out on the boat and fishing. His favorite food is shrimp and he enjoys country music.
