Junior Year (2012): Played in 9 games. Record 1 assist, 1 point.

Sophomore Year (2011): Did not see any first team action in 2011.

Freshman Year (2010): Played in three games logging 78 minutes on the season… Was a key member of the reserve team.

High School: Was a member of the Bishop Moore Catholic High School team. Scored 24 goals and had 35 assists over his three years as a varsity player. Jorge was captain his senior year and made the Florida HSAA All-State team in 2009 and 2010. Also, he won the coaches'' pick for Player of the Year for Central Florida his senior year.

Club Soccer: Was a member of the Florida Nike Rush team that made it to the Elite 8 of the Florida State Cup two years in a row. His Florida Nike Rush team advanced to the Disney Showcase semi-finals.

Personal: Son of Jorge and Adriana Florez. Possible major is Biology… Chose Centre because “of its great academic caliber and also because of its high level soccer program.”
