Biography

In 2011, 2012 and 2013 Frances was named to the SCAC Second Team All-Conference. During her senior year in high school Frances was named to the Second Team Monocacy Valley Athletic League, and Honorable Mention Fredrick News Post. She was also received Highest Honors all four years of high school, she also received the Hawk Award during her junior and senior years.

She is the daughter of Maryn and Ralph Fisher, and has one brother, Peter…and a dog named Murphy.
