Pat Robidoux joined the Centre Athletics staff as head volleyball coach in the spring of 2019. Following one year with the Colonels, he was recognized with an
AVCA Thirty Under 30 Award.
After winning a combined nine games in his first season and the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season, Robidoux orchestrated a complete turnaround of the Centre volleyball program, going 79-33 over the next four years. In 2024, Robidoux led Centre to a number of milestones in a season that saw the team win the Southern Athletic Association regular season title and earn a berth in the NCAA Tournament for the first time ever. In addition, the Colonels' win over no. 3 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps was the highest ranked victory in program history. At the end of the 2024 season, defensive specialist June Padilla was named the third ever All-American for Centre volleyball.
Robidoux joined the Colonels after a successful two-year stint at Southern Vermont College, where he led both the men's and women's programs. His SVC women's team went from 5-20 in the season prior to his arrival to a 21-7 record and conference title and NCAA Tournament appearance this past year, just his second at the helm.
He earned New England Collegiate Conference Coach of the Year honors for his efforts, and also mentored the league's Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year.
Robidoux's other coaching experience includes a stop at Brandeis University and work with various club teams in Massachusetts.
As an undergraduate, Robidoux captained the Newbury College men's volleyball team and served as Student Athlete Advisory Committee President while earning a B.S. in Sport Management.
Robidoux and his wife Gina live in Danville with their two sons, Arjay and Bruin.
