CHESTERTON, Md. – Centre field hockey wrapped up their East Coast trip with a 1-0 victory Sunday against Washington College at Roy Kirby Jr. Stadium.
Although scoring just once, the Colonels (8-3) held the Shorewomen (4-11) without a single shot attempt in the win.

Sarah Biggs.
- Washington College had two penalty corner opportunities in the first half, but couldn't muster a shot attempt.

- Sunday marked the first-ever meeting between the programs, and the first field hockey game for Washington College against a program from Kentucky.
