Women’s soccer continues undefeated season with 4-0 win at Mount Union

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Centre women's soccer continues to march past its opponents, winning by a 4-0 margin against Mount Union Sunday afternoon.

- Centre's attack wasted no time in securing a lead for the visitors, as Alana Hughes assisted Taylor Gebhart's goal in just the sixth minute.
- Hughes was helped by Meghan Paynter in the 22nd minute to double the lead and increase her season total to six goals.
- Keeper Jonelle Barron recorded more saves (six) in the first half than she's had in all six prior matches combined, helping the Colonels take their 2-0 lead into the break.

- With 35 seconds remaining, Paynter iced the victory with her third goal of the season.
