MOUNT BERRY, Ga. – Centre women's lacrosse handled Berry with relative ease once again, following Saturday's rout with a 22-3 victory Sunday in non-conference action at Valhalla Stadium.
Lily Gahm led all individuals with a career-high eight points and six goals, spearheading a prolific attack as the Colonels improved to 5-1 while dropping the Vikings to 2-5.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Much like Saturday's blowout, the visitors overwhelmed their hosts in the first half.
- The Colonels opened the contest with four goals from four different players, as
McKenna Hulette,
Bella Tacogue, Gahm and
Sloan Reding each converted a score before the Vikings got one of their own.

Mary Katherine Hardy joined the parade later in the half, as well, and Centre led 13-1 after the first 30 minutes. Tacogue had four goals in the first period, while Gahm and Hulette each had three.

Ella Treinen opened the scoring in the second half, with
Emma Botts and
Madeleine Longmeyer joining in as Centre cruised to the finish line.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Centre dominated total shots, 48 to seven, and also held a large 30 to 14 advantage in ground balls. Gahm paced the Colonels with seven GBs and
Katy Haering added six.
- Tacogue finished with five goals, continuing her streak of 3+ goals scored in every game this season. Hulette followed with four goals.
- Reding trailed only Gahm with six points, recording a personal-best four assists to go along with her two goals.
- The Colonels defense forced Berry to commit 22 turnovers.
Ellie Jury led the team with four caused turnovers.

Gracey Falk each played 30 minutes in goal for Centre.
