CONWAY, Ark. – Centre women's soccer claimed the Southern Athletic Association regular season title Friday evening in a 5-0 win at Hendrix.
The Colonels improve to 5-1-1 overall and 5-0 in the SAA, securing the league's top seed for the sixth straight season along with the right to host the upcoming conference tournament, which takes place April 16-18. The host Warriors fall to 3-4 overall and 2-4 in-conference.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Centre peppered the Hendrix keeper with a handful of shots early, and eventually
Mills Mullen put the Colonels on the board with a goal from 18 yards out. It marked her fourth goal of the spring season.
- Later in the half,
Bri Tilley hit the back of the net for the third time this year, putting Centre ahead, 2-0.

Megan Sidaway scored the first of her two goals barely two minutes into the second half, and completed the brace less than 10 minutes later on an assist from Mullen.

Taylor Gebhart capped the scoring in the 72nd minute for her first goal of the season.
