DANVILLE, Ky. - Grace Dutcher had a monster night in goal but Centre women's soccer fell 1-0 to Campbellsville University in the squad's final home game of 2024.
The Colonels fell to 9-3-1 overall while the Tigers, who are ranked no. 12 in the latest National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics poll, moved their record to 12-1.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Things were fairly even in the first half of action. The shots margin was three overall and in shots on goal.
- Five members of the Centre team got shots off in the first frame, with four taking shots on target.
- The shots margin grew in the final half to favor the Tigers more, but the Colonels stopped 11 of those attempts.
- Campbellsville got the only goal of the game on the board in the 76th minute.

Grace Dutcher had a career-high saves night in goal for Centre. The senior stopped 17 shots over her 90 minutes in the net. That new career-best is three better than her previous high mark.
