CONWAY, Ark. – Centre men's soccer played to a 1-1 draw with the Southern Athletic Association's (SAA) Hendrix College on Friday night. 

The Colonels record moved to 9-2-3 on the season and 1-1-2 in the SAA. The Warriors record sat at 4-4-4 overall and 1-1-2 in the SAA after the tie. 

GAME HIGHLIGHTS   
- A corner kick for Centre put the ball in play in the 23rd minute. The Gold & White controlled the ball and then Taylor Nelson sent in a header after an assist from AJ Daniels. 
- Hendrix evened the score with a goal in the 71st minute. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE   
- Taylor Nelson's goal was his second of the season. That mark ties his season-high set in the 2021 season. 
- The Colonels kept the Warriors from taking any shots in the first half. 
- A total of 80 percent of Centre's shots came on goal. That shots on goal percentage is the highest in any game for the Colonels this season. 
- Grayson Parish played all 90 minutes in goal for Centre and stopped four shots.
