BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Centre junior sprinter
Beau Brown made an auspicious NCAA Championship debut at the 2026 NCAA Indoor Finals at the Birmingham CrossPlex, where he earned All-America honors in the men's 200m.
Brown picked the best possible time to run the best indoor 200m of his life as he posted a time 21.55 to finish 11th overall, earning him an All-American Second Team nod by way of a top 16 overall finish.
Not only was Brown's time a new personal best mark for the junior, but it is also less than 0.2 seconds shy of the school record time set by national champion JP Vaught.
The 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships will continue for Centre on Saturday as
Cree Ross competes in the triple jump at 12 PM CDT.
