One of the most important aspects of the Centre Dance Team is that each member has the opportunity to choreograph and is highly encouraged to do so. The team hosts practices two days a week and works out one to two days for a total of six to eight hours in the recently built Kitty Baird Center behind Farris Stadium.

Dance Team clinics are during First-Year orientation and are also open to upperclassmen who can participate. There is no fee for clinics or to be on the team, as uniforms are paid for.
