Danville, Ky – On Wednesday afternoon, the Collegiate Field Hockey Conference (CFHC) released its 2026 Field Hockey Preseason poll results, Centre ranking fifth in the league. Mary Washington claimed first after garnering 29 points, Rhodes claimed second followed by Sewanee and Marian.

The Colonels kick-off their 2026 campaign at home, to take on the Depauw Tigers. The match will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 5:30 p.m ET at Andy Frye Stadium.
