Box Score DANVILLE, Ky.- On Wednesday evening, the Colonels hosted Transylvania under the lights of South Turf. Falling behind early, Women's lacrosse couldn't complete the comeback, falling by a score of 14-7.

Sophia Richardson initiated the game a minute in but the Colonels fell silent for the remainder of the frame. The Pioneers rattled off three unbroken goals before quarter's end, moving the score to 3-1 entering the second period.
- Like the first quarter, Centre opened the scoring early with an unassisted goal, this one from
Gracie Garner. Transy answered with a 5-1 run to close the half.
Catherine Zeek broke up the Pioneers streak with the assist from
Isa Stumpf. Entering the halftime break, the score read Transy 8, Centre three.
- The third quarter was the Colonels' best yet, outscoring the Pioneers 3-1 in the frame.
Haley Rice entered the scoring column with the first goal of the second half, an unassisted woman-down goal.

Emma Potter ran it coast-to-coast to assist the senior. The Pioneers found the back of the net before Garner closed the period with a goal in the final 30 seconds. Entering the fourth period, the score read 9-6.
- The Pioneers bettered the Colonels 5-1 in the final 15 minutes of play. Netting Centre's singular point in the frame, Garner claimed a hat-trick. At the end of regulation, the score read 14-7, Transy favoring.
