Danville, KY - The Centre Women's Golf team was voted number 5 overall in the Southern Athletic Association Preseason Poll.

The colonels earned 48 votes from the SAA's head coaches. The Colonels will be reliant on its youth to get back to the top of the SAA as the team has just two upperclassmen: Junior Ellie Roof and Senior Janie Morgan. Freshman Nithya Nunna wrapped up the fall with a strong 7th place finish at the Wittenberg Fall Classic and will look to build on that momentum.

Centre starts the spring by traveling to North Carolina to host the Centre Classic at Pinehurst on February 21^st through the 22^nd.
