ATLANTA - Earlier today the Southern Athletic Association released its preseason poll for the 2026 football season and Centre was picked to finish third by the league's coaches.
The Colonels went 5-5 during the 2025 season, with their 4-3 record in conference play landing them in a three-way tie for third with Maryville and Memphis. Centre outscored its last two opponents on the schedule by a combined 56-3.
