As the head football coach at Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts from 1966-2004, Pete won 195 games, making him the all-time winningest coach among New England Division III coaches and placing him among the all-time leaders in Division III
His teams won or shared 7 conference championships and played in the NCAA tournament twice
