Centre College Athletics

Steve lettered all four years in soccer and was one of the catalysts of the rise of the Centre men’s soccer program to what it is today. Steve was a team co-captain in 1992 and 1993 and a First-Team All-Conference performer in 1991, 1992, and 1993 as the CAC transitioned to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.

Steve anchored a defense that helped give Centre its first conference championship in 1990 and then helped the Colonels repeat in 1991 with the inaugural SCAC Men’s Soccer Tournament. In 2006, Steve was selected to the SCAC Men’s Soccer 15th Anniversary team as a defender.  As a sophomore, junior, and senior, Steve received All-Mideast Region acclaim.
